I had such an amazing stay! The location was just a short walk to the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Our Comfort Quadruple Room had two toilets, which was an absolute lifesaver for our group of four. The view from our upper floor room was delightful, and the quick access to various restaurants and the vibrant Patong atmosphere made it unforgettable.

Spent 5 nights in a Comfort Quadruple Room. The hotel's location is really convenient, just a short walk to the beach and close to various attractions like the Phuket Gallery and Jungceylon shopping center. Check-in was smooth, and we were even allowed to drop our luggage off early. The staff made an effort to accommodate our needs, but it was sometimes challenging due to language barriers. The highlight for me was definitely the beach proximity. it made it easy to explore Patong and enjoy various activities without needing to worry about transportation.

The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk to Patong Beach. I loved the children's pool. it kept my kids entertained while I relaxed. The reception staff were really helpful, especially with arranging motorbike rentals for exploring the area. However, the breakfast options were disappointing. not a buffet style, and the menu was limited. The old building felt outdated and had cleanliness issues. We found cockroaches in our original room, which was not ideal, so I recommend sticking to the new building for a better experience. Maintenance could use improvement. there were signs of wear and tear. In summary, great for families with kids but be cautious about room selection and dining.

The room included air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a fridge. Super close to Patong Beach! Outdoor swimming pool was nice too. Friendly staff helped with room change and provided water bottles. Really clean space with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Balcony was perfect for some fresh air.

This place was just a well-suited match for a passing visit in Patong with good price-value balance. There’s a rooftop area with a great view that you can relax in when the pool gets crowded. Try to grab a room on the lower floors if you're not keen on using the stairs.
